API

RESTv1 (See the API documentation for further details)

• Events are now being generated when:

  • Check-in is opened or closed

  • Flights are opened or closed

  • A payment is made using any method (previously, only credit card payments were supported)

• GET countries/{code} will now include the ISO 3166-1 Alpha-2 (2 character) country code

DCS

• Automated Seat Assignment enhancements:

  • A new Suggest button will use the assignment algorithm to suggest seats for each passenger on the reservation. The user can edit the suggestions before saving and assigning the seats.

  • When performing an edit journey or edit route and the passenger has an auto assigned seat, the system will try to protect the assigned seat on the new segments. If this is not possible, a new seat will be auto assigned.

TICKETS

• The system now supports issuing E-tickets against the Amadeus ETDB.

• The Ticket Details screen now shows Baggage Allowance information.

• Ticket Revalidation is now supported for codeshare bookings and GDS bookings. Revalidation is permitted for tickets issued on airline stock for non-interline bookings. Revalidation is only allowed if there's no change to the fare or taxes/fees/charges.

• A new feature has been implemented which prevents the refund of a non-refundable charge/fare when refunding an eticket.

RES

• We have added a new report named Movement Sheet which is helpful for monitoring flight activity. The report provides data of flights that occur on a specific day. The report includes flight information such as the flight number, tail number, crew members and other relevant data.

• The Payment Receipt now has the ability to display all payments and refunds.

• The Promo Code Usage web report now can now has a View Option selection that lets you choose between viewing the details By Journey (new view) or By Leg (previous view).
