New Features

DCS

  • Online Check-In (OCI) and Upcoming Travel reminders have been enhanced to allow the emails your airline sends to contain rich, localized email bodies to help with open rates and performance while protecting passengers from receiving duplicate messages.

  • The DOCS wallet pass and DOCS mobile pass have been updated to include SSR codes from ancillary purchases. These updates better support TSA requirements; PreCheck and Selectee indicators are now supported.

  • When a PNL or ADL is sent that includes unpaid passengers, it will now indicate those who still have a balance owing by the inclusion of .'R/CKWN HK1 DEBT'.

DIRECT

  • Manage My Booking (MMB) has been upgraded to more modern technologies and the UI has been updated to match the SOAR public booking flow. All clients will be migrated to the new version in the upcoming months.

GDS

  • When a ticket's coupon status is set to an invalid status, the payment associated with that ticket will be refunded. The list of invalid statuses are:

    • S - Suspended

    • U - Unavailable

    • E - Exchanged/Reissued

    • R - Refunded

    • V - Void

    • Z - Closed
