User Groups - Copy function

A Copy button has been added to the Groups form, which allows a copy of the selected (User) Group. The new Group will have no users (these are NOT copied), but the Permissions are copied/retained. This allows the setup of a new Group with a similar function or purpose, since amelia Permissions are copied from the existing Group.
