Add Confirm dialogue before executing "Expire Credits"

A confirmation dialogue has been added allowing the user to confirm whether or not the process to expire credit should be executed.

When users click 'Execute' from the Expire Credits screen, a confirmation dialog will show up. Only when the user click 'Yes', the process will be executed.
