Password policies - Default Password Expiry

The system now has the ability to set the Default Password Expiry period for newly created users. This feature only works when Password Policy is enabled.

Example: If the Default Password Expiry is set to 0, a user account password will expire immediately after creation forcing the user to change their password on the first login.
