Allow sending emails to all passengers in Bulk Itinerary screens

When sending bulk itinerary, users can choose to send the email to all passengers on the reservation or the RES owner only.

Note: Bulk Itinerary screen could be launched from:

  • Bulk Move screen
  • Alerts screen
