User Profile and Pax Profile Revamp
We have made some changes to how amelia uses User and Passenger Profiles:
Passenger Profiles have been eliminated. Each passenger on a reservation has a unique record.
Passenger search functionality is now known as ‘Profile Search’ - if a User Profile (or other, existing passenger) is selected, it is used as a template for the new Passenger record.
Passengers can no longer be added using the Passengers form in RES. Only the Status field (Active, Inactive, Denied) can be modified.
Passengers are no longer associated to Companies. The Companies form and the Company Info dialog (shown when charging a reservation to selected company) have been changed to remove the passenger listing.
To change the Company for a reservation (and pay charges from its account), use the Company button on the Reservation form or the Passenger List form.
- Loyalty ID and points are associated directly to User Profiles. Points accumulation is not affected by this, and will continue to function as before.
