DCS

• Automated Seat Assignment

• When selecting seats for a passenger, you will now have the option to select seats for all passengers on the associated PNR. No more need to load and set each passenger’s seat individually.

• An enhancement has been made to the Boarding Pass printing function which allows users to quickly print boarding passes for one or more passengers of the same reservation at the same time.

DIRECT

• Users can now send the link for the mobile boarding passes to their SMS enabled devices. This feature requires activation of the SMS module in ameliaRES.

GDS

• Interline Booking

• When doing refunds, multiple open coupons and EMDs can be selected. You can choose each charge associated with the selected tickets or EMDs and choose which charges to refund.  A penalty fee can be added during this process.
  Tickets/EMDs can now be refunded to a payment method other than the one originally used.

• The feature that does real-time coupon status verification at the check-in step is now supported for clients who use Amadeus ETDB. Only passengers with a valid coupon status can be checked in. Users with the appropriate permissions can bypass this check.

RES

• A new version of the Ticket Transaction report (V2) which runs faster and provides more accurate data for Refund transactions has been added to the Web Report site.

• Edit Route now handles seat selections, shop items and fare allocations similar to Bulk Move. It can generate seat exceptions, retain shop items and adjust allocations when any of them are not available on the new flight. Edit Route now also support oversell.

• When you handle an alert from the first leg of a multi-leg flight, all alerts for that reservation on other legs of the same flight can be handled automatically. Please contact InteliSys to have this enabled for your airlines.

Enhancements / Improvements
