Automated Seat Assignment

The system now has the ability to perform automated seat assignments which can help assign passengers to the appropriate seats in a much shorter time, thereby reducing overhead costs and improving efficiency.

The feature is supported on the Desktop Application as well as APIs.

Booking

A new button named Auto has been added to the Seat Select screen. It will automatically assign seats for all passengers on a reservation. This is especially helpful for large bookings.

Check-in and Boarding

This is the prompt that shows when a passenger without a seat is checked in or boarded. A new Auto button will automatically assign an available seat for the passenger. Agents will not need to open the seat map and pick a seat manually.

Change Aircraft Model and Bulk Move

The Auto button has also been added to the Seat Exceptions screen when you do aircraft model change or bulk move.
