Re-Assign Seats Screen

The Re-Assign Seats screen allows you to view and rectify Seat Assignment exceptions, and can be accessed from the menu (Operations -> Re-Assign Seats).

Search for flights with Seat Assignment exceptions on the Pick Flights tab. Select a flight in the search results, and click the Lookup button to switch to the Pick Seats tab.

On the Pick Seats tab, resolve the Seat Assignment exceptions by selecting an available seat for each listed passenger. Click the Save button to complete the operation.
