Credit Removal on Booking Change Calculation

Currently, the non-refundable fee (part of the penalty fee) removes all credit including seat and ancillary purchase charges, this could be an issue when passengers want to re-protect seats and ancillaries already purchased and paid for. This release introduces a new calculation which removes credit excluding ancillary and seat purchases.
