Bulk Move Passengers to a Different Origin and Destination

This feature supports the bulk move of passengers to different departure and arrival airports.

The logged in user must have Bulk Move - Departure/Arrival Override to enable the Dep Airport and the Arr Airport selection boxes in the Move To section. Without being granted this new permission, these dropdown lists are disabled and the user just can move passengers to the same origin and destination.
