Support Per Segment Infants

This update allow infants to be stored on segment level, this enables airline to book an infant on one or more segments as needed.

Infants screen shows infant segments.

When adding/editing an infant, users can select/change the segments that the infant will travel.

NOTE: This feature will be enabled automatically for all clients in this release.
