Check and Display ET Coupon status in ameliaCheckin

The system now has the ability to check the E-Ticket coupon status and only allows passengers with valid coupon status to check in (ameliaDCS, Online Check-in, API). When a passenger is successfully checked in, the system will send TKCREQ to update the coupon status in the ETDB to 'Checked In'. 

We also added the ability to bypass the coupon status check in case the airline wants to check in a passenger with an invalid coupon status. This action can only be performed by personnel with the appropriate permissions from the Application.
