Update Ticket Fare Basis Entries

The Fare Basis Entries for amelia tickets have been updated to show the Fare Basis with the PTC Discount code. The Fare Basis information will also be presented as such in exported HOT files. Example: YLEE21/CH33.

This update follows the guidance in IATA Ticketing Handbook (Section 2.2.7 Fare Basis Entries).

NOTE: This enhancement will apply automatically for all clients with the ameliaTicket feature enabled.
