Confirm Waitlist on Individual Segments

amelia now supports confirming waitlisted passenger on partial journey that means airlines can manually confirm a passenger on one or more segments and leave the rest of the journey as waitlisted.

Passenger can travel on the confirmed portion of the journey even when the entire journey has not been confirmed yet.

To confirm the passenger on one or more segments:

  • Click Change SEG to bring up the Reservation Segments screen.


  • Select the Journey and click Confirm to launch the Confirm Waitlist screen. 


  • Select the segments to be confirmed and click Confirm.
