Charges Screen

The Charges screen allows you to define the charges available in your system. Access it from the menu (Utilities -> Charges).

Adding a Charge

To add a charge, click the Add button on the Charges screen. The screen will switch into Add/Edit mode, where you can enter the required details. You can make the Charge refundable by checking the Refundable checkbox, or non-refundable by leaving it unchecked. Click the Save button to complete the operation.

Editing a Charge

To edit a charge, click the Edit button on the Charges screen. The screen will switch into Add/Edit mode, where you can make the required changes (including whether the Charge is refundable). Click the Save button to complete the operation.
