(feature) User Profiles Screen

User Profiles allow you to save time by more easily locating passenger details and using these to pre-populate reservation contact info. The User Profile is also critical for the Loyalty Program and for Voucher assignment.

NOTE: Please contact your client manager to enable this feature - some configuration changes are required.

Access the User Profiles screen from the menu (Utilities -> User Profiles).

Adding a User Profile

To create a User Profile, click the Add button on the User Profiles screen. The screen will switch into Add/Edit mode, where you can enter the required details. A password must be set (on the Security tab) to give the user access to the profile. Click the Save button to complete the operation.

Editing a User Profile

To edit a User Profile, select it and click the Edit button on the User Profiles screen. The screen will switch into Add/Edit mode, where you can make the required changes. Click the Save button to complete the operation.

Loyalty Tab

On the Loyalty tab of the User Profiles screen, you can view the user’s loyalty history (points accrued and redeemed). You may also manually add or remove points, should adjustments be required.

If points have an expiry date, that info displays as shown below (in the Expiry Date column). If Tiers are enabled, the current Tier is displayed, and the Tier button allows you to manually change the user’s Tier as required.
