(feature) Allocation Template Screen

Seat Allocation Templates are a time-saving feature that allows you to create a standard allocation for each A/C model, and apply this template to all flights for the duration of a route. You may also use a template for an individual flight (with the same A/C model).

NOTE: Please contact your client manager to enable this feature - some configuration changes are required.

• Create multiple templates per aircraft model.

• Roll allocations from the template interface.

Administration

Define the Seat Allocation Templates using the Allocation Template Definition screen, which you can access from the menu (Utilities -> Allocation Templates).

Add Seat Allocation Template

To add a Seat Allocation Template, select the A/C model and click the Add button on the Allocation Template Definition screen. The Template Name screen is displayed, where you can enter the required details (Template Ident and Template Name). Click the Save button to complete the operation.

NOTE: Select Set as default to use the template as the default choice for the selected A/C model.

You can now enter the Class of Service, Agency, and Booking Code allocations associated with the template.

Apply Seat Allocation Template

To apply a Seat Allocation Template, select the flight in question and click the Apply Template button on the Seat Allocations screen. The Apply Template screen is displayed, where you can select the applicable template, the date range, and the frequency / operational days (days of the week). Click the Apply button to allocate seats, based on the template and the selected criteria.
