Prompt for Pax Weight on ALL check-ins

It is now possible to force entry of Passengers' weight on ANY/ALL check-ins, regardless of if a weight value was previously entered. If a value was captured, it will be displayed - this allows for verification (ie. improving the accuracy) of weight data used for Load Balancing.

(Previously, the prompt for Pax Weight was only shown if there was NO weight value.)
