Providing Access to Agent portal reports
A registered travel agent/corporate account/prepaid account does not have access to the available self management reports via their login portal.
This would be caused by the user or user permission group not having access to the necessary report permissions from the permission tree located in the groups screen under Core Items.
Step-by-step guide
- Open Utilities–>Core Items–>Users
- Locate the affected user
- identify hte permission group the user belongs to
- Open Utilities–>Core Items–>Groups
- Select the appropriate group (Agents in this case)
- Right click and select Edit Permissions
- Navigate to the Web section in the permission Tree
- Locate the Reports Header
- Now grant the necessary access permission to the reports you want this particular group of users to access.
